The candidate will participate in and supervise multiple and challenging executive compensation engagements for a diverse client base, both in and out of the transaction setting, as well as take an active role in managing and growing the National Compensation practice and service delivery. Will help develop and train staff, as well as keep resources, procedures, and tools current. Will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of our Performance and Reward practice, which may include plan operations, retirement plan risk, and 404 and transaction projects. Manage executive compensation projects both in and out of the transaction setting and perform and/or supervise internal and external market competitive analysis for various executive compensation projects, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives. Draft technical memos and opinions addressing Code Sections 83, 162(m), 280G and 409A.
