The candidate will be responsible for overseeing of complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries; participation in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques; and tax-planning responsibilities for our corporate and individual clients. Will supervise assignments by the professional accountants serving as consultants and senior consultants. Will have responsibility for the development and motivation of engagement staff by providing them with leadership, counseling and career guidance.

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related field. CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification required. Advanced degree like MST, MAcc, J.D. or LL.M. preferred. Must have 4+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry. Prior Big 4 experience a plus. Some travel may be required.
