North Carolina - Transaction Advisory Services Senior - Transaction Tax

Charlotte NC Transaction Advisory Services Senior - Transaction Tax - M&A
The candidate will serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, participating in due diligence and structuring engagements related to transactions that private equity and strategic corporate entities pursue. Will perform due diligence projects to provide a thorough review of corporate tax returns and financials needed to evaluate and calculate potential tax exposures. Review, assess, and advise clients regarding the tax computations reflected in their financial models, and assist clients in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the tax data in their financial projections for the transaction.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience OR a Graduate degree and 1-2 years of related work experience. The candidate will work on assignment purely business and oriented towards processes, registration and consortium management. Will provide business-oriented, practical solutions for identified or potential environmental issues impacting clients. Provide technical direction on EH&S compliance, EH&S management system, and safety-related compliance projects. Develop EH&S compliance procedures, plans, permits, and reports. Design and implement EH&S management systems and programs including analysis of processes, organization and IT systems necessary for compliance.
