The candidate will work in the International Tax Quantitative Services (ITqS) practice. Will report directly to the national leader of the ITqS practice. Work with the National ITqS Leader, others in the National ITqS group and local office teams in the design and execution of complex ITqS projects with significant clients of the firm. The candidate will administer and oversee all compliance aspects of particular business line or department for an entity that is a registered investment adviser, commodity pool operator and commodity trading adviser. Will provide compliance advisory coverage for registered and private funds, ERISA and other institutional separate accounts focusing on the following investment strategies: commodities, quantitative (managed futures and volatility, hedge fund replication, hedge fund of fund and municipals. The candidate will administer and oversee all compliance aspects of particular business line or department for an entity that is a registered investment adviser, commodity pool operator and commodity trading adviser. The candidate should have a College degree. A J.D. degree would be a plus. Must have 10+ years of relevant AM experience. Should have executive level experience in business processes, leadership, management, client service, budgeting, people management, communications, commercial processes, insurance and consultation. Experience in developing financial knowledge to improve business systems is required. International business experience is required.
