Should preferably have technical experience with a professional services firm, plus strong expertise in project management. Knowledge of legal terminology and civil procedure is a must.

Should have a degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable. Should have CPA certification, be an Enrolled Agent, or have a J.D. degree. Must have 3+ years of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or the financial services industry. Should have familiarity with the financial services industry gained through direct involvement with managed investment vehicles. Must have broad exposure to federal income taxation and some exposure to state and local tax.
