Develop the client's understanding of US and foreign tax, compensation and payroll issues and proactively explain implications of recent law changes. Develop, supervise and manage the client team's technical skills, client service skills, and engagement management skills. Perform engagement management activities including billing, scheduling, performance evaluations, mentoring, managing client expectations, and identifying additional client needs/company opportunities. Assist Partners and Senior Managers by drafting responses, participating in the proposal process, and identifying new business opportunities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience OR a Graduate degree and 4 years of related work experience. A degree in a related field is essential. A CPA, EA, or J.D. or other related experience or certification relevant to an area of specialization is essential. Must have 3+ years of tax experience. Should have proficient knowledge of tax laws with specialized knowledge in at least one technical area. Proficient knowledge of automated tax processing systems is essential. Should possess and continually increase understanding of complex expatriate tax issues.
