The candidate will provide legal support for company's investment, facilities, and reinsurance departments, primarily on matters related to: private placement investments; real estate equity investments, including wholly owned, joint ventures and real estate equity funds; commercial mortgage lending; private equity investment funds; real estate matters relating to the operation of company facilities; and reinsurance and reinsurance pools.
