Corporate Counsel
The candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and carry out actions, which have an impact upon the rights, privileges and responsibilities of the company. Will provide high quality oral and written legal advice in a cost-effective manner to internal clients. Recommend practical courses of action to achieve client goals within the scope of what is legally permissible. Perform comprehensive research and analysis of cases, statutes, regulations and other legal materials. Render clear and unambiguous legal opinions. Anticipate and consider proactive responses to emerging legal issues. Lead complex transactions with a commitment to deadlines. Work involves a broad array of issues with a primary focus on general corporate procurement/administrative contract services including: providing legal assistance to the Group's corporate and IT procurement department; consulting/professional services agreements; outsourcing agreements; data privacy and security issues/regulations; advertising/brand initiatives; and administrative services agreements.

The candidate should have completed law school with a J.D. or LL.B. degree and admission to the Bar of at least one jurisdiction in the US. Must have 1-3 years of experience in corporate/administrative services matters.
