Wilkinson has officially been voted into partnership with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Wilkinson has enormous experience and an impressive resume; she had several options open to her after leaving Fannie Mae. She is excited for the future and for the importance of the typical cases of Paul Weiss, but is impressed that they don't ''take themselves too seriously.'' She is looking forward to a bit of a more-relaxed environment and is eager to get to work. Tyco Restructures Duties in Legal Department Trevor Faure, general counsel for Tyco's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Enrique Aznar, Tyco's EMEA deputy GC and chief compliance counsel have announced they will be leaving Tyco at the end of this month.
