Tidewater Inc Promotes New GC Tidewater Inc, a New Orleans company, has promoted Bruce D. Lundstrom to executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Xunlight Corp Names New Counsel Xunlight Corporation, a Toledo, Ohio, firm that develops solar modules, has named W. Granger Souder Jr. as vice president and general counsel. Souder joins the company from his previous position at Sky Financial Group, where he was also GC. |
