Apple Settles Backdating Case
Apple Inc. has settled its backdating case, which involved several company officers and directors including CEO Steve Jobs. The settlement was for $14 million and comes after Apple’s previous general counsel had settled independently.

Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc, a biotech company based out of Cambridge, Massachusetts, has named Bruce A. Leicher their new senior vice president and general counsel. Leicher held the same position at Altus Pharmaceuticals before joining Momenta.
