Pricewaterhouse Cooper Adds Three Counsel
Pricewaterhouse Cooper is adding to its legal team in the UK by hiring three real estate attorneys from Halliwell's London office. Halliwell's property head, Simon Hardwick, and partners Adam Perry and Tim Hart are jumping to Pricewaterhouse.

Chrysler Promotes New GC
Chrysler, the automaker located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has promoted Holly Leese to general counsel. She replaces the retiring Richard Houtman. Leese was assistant general counsel for corporate affairs at Chrysler previously.

Allen & Overy Names GC of New Company
Allen & Overy has appointed John Berry, a derivatives lawyer out of their London office, to be the first general counsel for their new independent company docGenix, located in New York. The company will offer documentation risk management services to financial institutions.
