Lehman joins Hawker Beechcraft as new VP and GC Hawker Beechcraft has appointed Gail Lehman as its new vice president and general counsel in Wichita. Formerly, Lehman served as vice president of and general counsel for Covalence Specialty Materials Corp., based in New Jersey. She has also worked as assistant general counsel for Honeywell International in Morristown, NJ. Lehman handles litigation cases for a local firm, Martin Pringle, as well. She will be responsible for all legal activities and issues at Hawker Beechcraft. Emisphere Technologies, Inc., names Lubetkin VP and GC Emisphere Technologies, Inc., has announced its appointment of Paul Lubetkin to the position of vice president and general counsel. Lubetkin will be responsible for the management, execution, and overall planning of the company's legal functions, including matters related to transactions, securities, and funding. Lubetkin previously served Aptuit, Inc., a private global contract research organization, as vice president and general counsel. Emisphere Technologies, Inc., is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to providing unique and improved delivery of therapeutic molecules and pharmaceutical compounds using its eligen® technology. Horwitz will be OneChicago's new managing director and GC OneChicago, an all-electronic exchange for trading single stock futures, has announced the appointment of Donald L. Horwitz as its managing director and general counsel. Horwitz, an attorney with 30 years of experience in futures and securities, started his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 1974. He has also served as senior counsel for Kay Scholer, LLP, in New York. OneChicago is a joint venture of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Inc.; IB Exchange Corp.; and CME Group. |
