Toll Brothers appoint Kessler as GC Toll Brothers has named Mark K. Kessler as senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer of the company. Kessler has been a partner with Wolf Block law firm for the past 22 years. He is well-known in the legal community because of his expertise in securities counseling, acquisitions, mergers, and finance-related matters. Kessler will succeed Don Liu as general counsel. McGann as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary. McGann has been serving American Greetings, based in Ohio, as corporation corporate counsel. She has also been an associate with Calfee, Halter, & Griswold, LLP, and Baker & Hostetler, LLP. Ferro Corporation is a global leader in providing technology-based performance materials for manufacturers. Huntington new asst. GC at WSWA Kent Huntington has joined the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA), Inc.'s legal department as assistant general counsel. Huntington has been a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice, civil division, and prior to his tenure with the Department of Justice he worked for eight years as a litigator in the private sector.
